  10. Get 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

Obtained from a Seelie activated chest in Stormterror's Lair. Chicken thighs baked in a simple honey mustard sauce until golden brown, with sprigs of rosemary. The chicken produces its own gravy with the honey and mustard, and the skin on the top gets crispy brown. We have lots of rosemary in the garden; adding a sprig or two takes the dish up a notch.

Steps to make Chicken paturi (steamed mustard chicken):
  1. Marinade the chicken with ginger garlic gatlic paste.. yogurt and salt fir about 3-4 hrs
  2. Now add the poppy paste.. Mustard paste.. Green chilli paste.. Lemon juice into the marinated chicken.. mix well.. Add mustard oil.. mix well
  3. Cut the foil paper into square shape.. Make it thick.. Add the chicken cubes.. Maximum 3-4 cubes in 1 pack.. Add few amount of chopped coriander leaves and one whole green chilli for flavour.. Fold it nicely..
  4. In an already heated steamer put the folded packs and cook for 20-25 mins..
  5. Open and check with a fork if the chicken is tender.. orelse cook for another 5mins
  6. Serve hot with steam rice or roti..
