  8. Take 100 g Sugar -

Instructions to make Pavlova:
  1. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar. Beat until you get a sniff peak. Invert the bowl upside down, if it doesn't fall down, then your Meringue is ready.
  2. Add Vanilla extract and corn flour and just beat again for one minute. Place it in a baking tray with the parchment paper. You can bake it as a whole or in small sizes like a biscuit. You can squeeze it in small size and make the top flat. I have take it wholy in one big family size. Make a shallow top.
  3. Preheat oven to 150degree and bring it to 120degree. Bake for 60minutes and switch off the oven. Leave it inside for 30minutes more without opening your oven.
  4. Heat sugar in a bowl. Add butter and mango pieces. Heat them together to make a marmalade.
  5. Apply this over the baked meringue.
  6. Now beat fresh cream apply that over this mango layering.
  7. Add your favorite colourful fruits over this fresh cream. Serve it hot or cold. You will surely appreciate this recipe.
