Alright alright, my first "ramen" review and I'm not eating ramen I'm eating udon… You're going to see a lot of different instant noodles here, but it will be mostly ramen. I picked up Shirakiku… Udon is ramen's thicker, chewier cousin.   5. Fry the eggs sunny side up, put the Ramen-UDON soup in bowls, and put the grilled spam and fried eggs on top of the broth in the bowls.
