Instructions to make Porridge pulao:
- Turn on gas take a pan add 1/2 tsp ghee and heat.
- Now add wheat porridge and stir constantly until it turns little brown in color.
- Roast the porridge on medium flame.
- Take out in a plate.
- In a same pan add 1 tsp ghee and heat, then add curry leaves, cumin seeds,asafoetida and wait till it crackels.
- Now add chopped onion and saute till pink in color.
- Then add chopped tomatoes,chilly ans saute till soft.
- Now add turmaric powder,salt,capsicum and saute.
- Now add roasted porridge and add 3 cups of water and mix cover it with lid and cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes open the lid check the porridge if its soft then off the gas, and if not then cook for few more minutes.
- Immediately serve in a bowl garnish with chopped corinder leaves and enjoy.
