- Prepare 150 cc Soy milk
- Take 100 cc Rice wine
- Take 50 cc Mirin
- Prepare 1000 cc Water
- Get 1 teaspoon White pepper powder
- Make ready 1 teaspoon Seafood flavour seasoning (optional)
- Get 50 g Sugar
Combine ingredients for braising liquid in a saucepan. Char siu, or Chinese BBQ Pork, is a delicious Cantonese roast meat.
