You can add fresh veggies such as broccoli, greens beans, sugar peas, shitake mushroom etc. Cook your noodles separate to your broth. Instead, fry up some meat in a pan, add boiling water, stock and veggies, then while that simmers boil your noodles separately and add them in once the soup is cooked for a perfectly clear broth and noodles with a good amount of bite! When the Ramen noodles are cooked, add the Kicked Up Ramen sauces and mix with a tongs.

- Dice onion and garlic
- Cook Ramen Noodles as directed but without seasoning packet.
- Melt herbed butter and add olive oil.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent.
- Add clean and devained shrimp to butter sauce.
- Drain water from noodles but leave a half of cup of water in the noodles.
- Then add Ramen seasoning packet with all other seasonings.
- Let it simmer about 2 mins and then add shrimp and butter sauce to noodles.
Hint: You want them to soak up the sauce but not to be laying in a bowl of sauce. Split the Ramen in sauce between two bowls and arrange the prepared veggies around the edge of the blow.
