  3. For the pie crust put flour into a mixing bowl add butter and rub in the butter until the flour mix looks like sand,add herbs and enough water to bring it to a dough, cover and put in fridge while beef cooks.
  4. After one hour of cooking add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with a little water about 1 tablespoon into boiling beef mixture
  5. On a clean work surface dust with flour and roll pastry to the size of the pie dish (10*10)
  6. Place beef mixture into pie dish and top with pastry, brush with beaten egg and cover with foil, place in a pre heated oven 180℃/350℉ cook for 40 minutes, then remove cover and bake for a further 10 minutes. After all Ur hard work now u get to enjoy it
