- Slice the beef into thin strips, Transfer the beef into a bowl, add a tbsp cornflour, egg whites, black pepper, bonnet, salt, & some grated onions. Set aside to marinate for 30m to 1hour.
- In a pan, add oil, once it’s hot, not very hot, medium. Then fry the beef, until slightly crispy, sieve. And set aside.
- Add 2tbsp oil in a pot, transfer the carrots, pepper, green peas & onions, stir until the onions look transparent, add the beef, stir, add 1/4 cup water, the remaining marinate, mix until thick, season with black pepper & salt.
- Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or noodles!

Beef brisket, celery, fernbrake, garlic, green onion, ground black pepper, hot pepper flakes, onion, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, soybean sprouts, vegetable oil, water.
