- Take a ball. Spread some oil on rolling board. Roll the ball in rectangular chappati shape with roller pin.
- Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the chappati. Then spread veggie mixture on it.
- Then roll the chappati and stick the edges.
- Prepare another rolls same as first one.
- Take a pan. Add 2 to 3 cup water. Make it boil.
- Then grease a steel chalni with oil. Place the prepared rolls in it.
- Keep the chalni on pan and covered it.
- Steamed the suji rolls for 15 to 20 mnts.
- Let them cool down. And cut then in small pieces.
- Place the pieces (pinwheels) in a plate.
- Take a tadka pan. add 2 tbsp oil. Then add 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp white til and 7 to 8 curry leaves.
- Pour this tadka on suji pinwheels.
- You can also add cumin seeds in tadka as your desire
- You can also add sambar masala in stuffing. I hv used it because I luv southindian flavour. It makes your dish more spicy and delicious.
