- Place lettuce leaves on one corner add the paneer mixture - now slowly roll the sandwich tightly holding bread slices
- 9.keep in fridge for 1 /2 hour - cut the rolls into 1 inch pieces or as desired.serve with spirals facing up
- Garnish with cheese, cherry & pineapple skewers
