- Add rice flour to the mashed banana and give it a good mix. Then add jaggery syrup to the mix. Mix well until you get smooth slightly thick consistency. Then add elaichi powder and baking soda and mix well.
- Now heat up a tawa and spread the mix on it 1 spoon at a time as shown in the pic below. Cook from both sides and apply ghee if needed.
- Serve it in a classic stack fashion, drizzled with honey and some nuts and enjoy.
