- (Optional) Rule of thumb when cooking rice: if you have a set amount of rice, add twice the amount of water plus a teeny bit more
- Add your rice and water into a pot that you will cook it in
- Cook on high until the water evaporates (mine came out like that:)
Cook chilli but don't stir in the coriander. Chilli Con Carne's great and all. but it takes forever to make, right? When you remove the chillies before serving, toss them into a mini chopper with a splash more oil and blitz to make a chilli oil paste.
