- Whisk in the beaten egg gradually. Fold in the rest of the ingredients till you have a soft dough.
- Set aside in the fridge for 1 hr. I rolled my mixture in grease proof paper.
- Set your oven to Gas mark 4 or similar. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper. Roll dough into a ball in your hand about the size of a golf ball. Place on the tray & push down gently to flatten slightly. Bake for 12/15 mins just until the edges start to brown.
- Remove from oven & allow to cool on a cooling rack. You are left with a tasty, crunchy edged, soft centred treat 😬
