  4. Cuire les pâtes à cannelloni dans de l’eau bouillante salée pour 9min environ (Al dente!) et les passer sous l’eau froide afin d’arrêter la cuisson et éviter que les pâtes collent
  5. Une fois les pâtes cuites, les fourrer avec la farce de viande en s’aidant d’une poche à douille
  6. Verser la sauce tomate dans le plat à mettre au four et y disposer les cannellonis fourrés. Recouvrir le tout de mozzarella et de crème et enfourner à 180 degrés jusqu’à ce que le fromage soit gratiné
