- In a pot add the shinkafar tuwo with enough water that will make it very soft. Use your muciya and mix it. Add your flour and mix again. Cover for some mins and used leather wrap it nicely. Keep it warm.
- For the Miya, seasoning and cook the beef. Add the beef stock and blended kayan miya, add the palm oil, cook for awhile. Add egusi, correct seasoning, add curry, cook for some min and add your spinach and off the flame. The steam is enough to make it ready. Enjoy.
To keep things as authentic as possible, I used chevon/goat meat as the meat as is commonly used natively but beef, mutton or any other protein can be used as.
