- add cornflour and vinegar and mix through
- pile mix onto tray. you Can smooth off or leave peaky
- cook for 1 hour 15 mins
- leave to cool in oven without opening oven to look until completely cooled
- when completely cooled top with whipped cream an strawberrys, or fruit of your choice
