Pavlova is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are fine and they look fantastic. Pavlova is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It has a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream. Pavlova is crisp on the edges, chewy on top, and marshmallow soft and creamy in the centers.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook pavlova using 8 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Pavlova:
  1. Get 4 Egg whites
  2. Take 100 grams Powdered sugar
  3. Make ready 2 tsp Cornstarch
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Vinegar (or wine vinegar)
  5. Get 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  6. Get 1 few drops Vanilla oil
  7. Prepare 1/2 pack Heavy cream
  8. Get 1 Your favorite fruit (strawberries, kiwis, peaches, bananas, etc)
Instructions to make Pavlova:
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. In the meantime, prepare the meringue.
  2. Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer. When all the liquid turns to foam, add half of the powdered sugar and continue to beat.
  3. Gradually add the remaining powdered sugar a little at a time and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Once it becomes a proper meringue, gently fold in the cornstarch, vinegar, granulated sugar, and vanilla oil.
  5. Shape the meringue into a round cake atop a baking sheet. It will deflate about 2 cm when baking, so adjust the height accordingly.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 130°C, then bake on the lowest rack for about 75 minutes. Once baked, keep it in the oven to cool.
  7. Once completely cooled, coat with whipped heavy cream and top with your choice of fruit. The meringue is sweet, so you don't need to add any sugar to the heavy cream!
  8. This is a cross-section. The inside is fluffy, like a marshmallow, and the outside is crispy and has a caramel flavor.
  9. It's best with some sour fruit. It's also great with bananas and kiwis.
