Add your curd mixture into the cooker and keep stirring it untill it's first boil. And on low flame keep cook it for 30 min, add salt in the last. It will turn into thick curry, texture will be like cream.
- For stuffed onion ring: - Stuffing : take a boil potato 🥔 big, add 1/2tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp chat Masala, salt, coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder. Mix them well.
- Then cut ring of onion and peel middle ring of onion so that you can feel the space between 2 rings of onion with tangy potato mixture, make them and keep in refrigerator for atleast 15 min to set.
- Then take a bowl, add 2tsp corn flour, 4 tsp besan, salt, red chilli powder and whisk them well. Now take the onion ring gently pour it into cornflour mixture and deep fry it.
- Presentation : - Take a bowl of rice 🍚, place onion ring and pour dahi curry over it, garnish it with onion and coriander leaves.
