  10. For making tomato sauce, boil tomatoes and dried red chilies for approximately 3 mins.
  11. Take out the tomatoes from water and remove skin. Also take out the chilies. In a mixture blend the tomatoes and chilies and add seasoning to your taste.
  12. Serve the steaming hot momos with thukpa and sauce.
