- In pressure cooker put spaghetti, water, salt and oil.. pressure cooker till 1 whistle or if not cooked then one more whistle..till spaghetti boil properly..
- Drain the boiled spaghetti in strainer and let the water drain out completely..
- For gravy: first make puree of tomato and red bell pepper..
- Put olive oil in wok add tomato and bell pepper puree..saute for 2 min then add jalapeno pieces and chilli paste in it..(for regular add ginger garlic paste too) saute for more 1 minute..
- Mix corn flour in water and make slurry.. add corn flour slurry in tomato and bell pepper puree cook till it become thick..add salt as per taste and sugar (optional)..
- After the gravy is properly cooked add boiled spaghetti and mix properly.. cook for a minute and off the flame.
- Lastly garnish with chopped coriander/ parsley..and serve it hot..enjoy with family and friends..
