- In a pan add oil add onion cook until soft add garlic add chicken cook until tender add vegies cook until tender add all ingredients and egg chunks cook for few minute add boiled rice mix every thing and cook for few minutes. cover the rice on low flame….for 10 to 15 minutes rice are ready
- In a pan add onion add oil cook until onion become soft.add garlic add chicken cook until tender add vegies and cook for 3 minutes add ketchup cook for few minutes then all ingredients except corn flour… cook for 1 2 minutes then add 1 and half cup water and cook for 5 10 minutes then add corn flour dissolved in water and make the consistency as u like if water is required add more if not then cook for 5 10 minutes more…serve with fried rice
