- Once the oil is heated, put the marinated chicken.
- Fry the chicken on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
- Keep fliping the sides of the chicken pieces to cook it from all the sides.
- Check the chicken..if properly cooked turn off the flame..and keep it aside.
- Now turn on the flame,heat a pan, add oil and 1/2 cube of butter.
- Now add 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
- Mix it..and fry for a minute.
- Now pour the blended mixture..mix it well.
- Cover the pan with lid cook it on a medium flame for a minute.
- Open the lid and stir it.
- Add 1 cup of dahi..mix it..
- Now Add 1 glass of water and stir it.
- Increase the flame to high cover the pan and let it come to boil.
- Open the lid and stir it.
- Add the fried chicken in the gravy.
- Add salt…stir it.
- Cover the pan and cook it for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
- Keep stiring in between.
- If it is properly cooked turn off the flame and 1 cube of butter.
- Serve it..
