Instructions to make Kabuli pulao:
- In a pan add cooking oil, almonds, carrots, & raisins. Fry for 1 minute. Then put it in separate plate
- Add watter in pan, add mutton, ginger garlic paste, cumin & cordamom powder. Cook until get tender. Get separate mutton from stock
- Cook rice in stock until water remains in low quantity
- In a pan add more oil, fry onion for 2 minutes, add cumin & cordamom powder, white paper, then add mutton & chana stir for 5 minutes. Now put this over rice. & garnish with fried carrots, raisins & almonds. Cover it for 15 minutes on low flame.
