Steps to make Kabuli Pulao:
- Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and let it crackle.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cashewnut paste and
- Yogurt.Saute for 2-3 mints.Add the vegetables and cook for 4-5 mints.Add the soaked rice.Mix well.Add 4 cups of hot water.
- Reduce the flame,cover and cook for 15 mints or till the water has dried up.Switch off the flame and let the rice rest for 10 mints.
- After 10 mints fluff it with a fork or spoon.Add bread croutons and fried onion.Serve hot.
