Steps to make Kabuli pulao:
- Boil separately cauliflower florets, chopped cabbage and chopped French beans in a container for 1 min with some salt.
- Then fry the vegetables each one separately in a Kadhai (cauliflower, cabbage, beans, carrots, peas and coloured potatoes)
- Boil the rice in medium flame till the rice becomes soft with some salt. Then strain the rice.
- Then assemble the rice and the vegetable together. First put the rice then add the fried vegetables… Sprinkle some garam masala powder
- Then again put the rice above the vegetables…then add the fried beetroot (small diced). Then again put rice and rose water, saffron colour mixed in water and sprinkle some more garam Masala powder.
- Now take the minced meat and mix all the masala(golki, jeera,mircha,ginger garlic paste, coriander and chillies)and make small balls and fry it in oil
- Now put it on the pulao and keep it on medium flame for 15 min
- Now serve hot with raita or salad
